Best Iso CD-Rom plugin to PCSX?

I try to use the Mooby2 2.8 CD-Rom, its works great, but I have some problems with this plugin

example: On Mortal Kombat Trilogy, the narration of Wins, Fatality and Brutality don't appear the sound of narration. like "Sektor Wins, etc"
